    We are seeking a Digital Media Analyst to work closely with our customers to develop research strategies. Our analysts are exposed to our clients’ most critical business needs and have the opportunity to create innovative solutions using our platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about analytics and maintain a track record of driving analytical insights into tangible results.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop proficiency in Crimson Hexagon’s proprietary platform
    • Analyze social data using Crimson Hexagon’s platform
    • Ensure consistent and relevant data analysis
    • Present and visualize data using PowerPoint
    • Collaborate with other analysts to deliver standardized reporting for internal and external use in a timely manner
    • Participate in client calls and brainstorming sessions with Analytics Services team
    • Help develop strategies for research projects
    • Present findings in professional manner to our clients’ strategic business managers
    • Develop new types of reporting/deliverables as requested by clients

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (i.e.mathematics, economics, statistics)
    • 1-3 years experience Data Analytics consulting
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Ability to think about both practical and visionary uses of available data
    • Proven experience in gathering data, performing analysis, developing reports and creating client presentations
    • Experience writing and presenting findings & recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Power user of social media communities, networks and tools
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, macros/pivot tables
    • Proficiency with business software (i.e.Word, PowerPoint)
    • Multilingual abilities are preferred (i.e. Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Italian, etc...)
