    We are seeking a Senior Digital Media Analyst to work closely with our customers to develop research strategies. Our analysts are exposed to our clients’ most critical business needs and have the opportunity to create innovative solutions using our platform. The ideal candidate will already have prior experience managing customer expectations, delivering impactful insights, leading internal initiatives, developing internal strategies, and resident analytics expert. Beyond analytics, a strong ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal teams are required.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop proficiency in Crimson Hexagon’s proprietary platform
    • Analyze social data using Crimson Hexagon’s platform
    • Develop custom research methodologies
    • Build topical, brand, campaign, competitor, industry, and custom-level analysis
    • Ensure consistent, quality and relevant data analysis in projects across the team
    • Present and visualize data using PowerPoint
    • Collaborate with other analysts to deliver standardized reporting for internal and external use in a timely manner
    • Lead customer calls and present research design recommendations
    • Lead initiatives, collaborative efforts and brainstorming sessions with internal teams
    • Present findings in professional manner to our customers’ strategic business managers
    • Develop new types of reporting/deliverables as requested by customers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (i.e.mathematics, economics, statistics)
    • 4-8 years experience in Data Analytics consulting
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Ability to think about both practical and visionary uses of available data
    • Proven experience in gathering data, performing analysis, developing reports and creating client presentations
    • Experience writing and presenting findings & recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Power user of social media communities, networks and tools
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, macros/pivot tables
    • Proficiency with business software (i.e.Word, PowerPoint)
    • Multilingual abilities are preferred (i.e. Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Italian, etc...)
