    We are seeking a Training Consultant to provide training services that help with product adoption for  enterprise-level customers. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various training methods, including e-learning, coaching and in-person sessions.


    • Become a power user and develop analytical proficiency in utilizing Crimson Hexagon’s platform and products.
    • Serve in a consultative capacity to identify key training opportunities to meet customers’ objectives.
    • Identify skills and knowledge gaps that clients have; determine learning needs and recommend solutions.
    • Map out short and long-term training plans for customers.
    • Design and develop training program using instructional design principles.
    • Manage, evaluate, and improve programs.
    • Design and produce learning materials.
    • Deliver instructor-led classroom training.
    • Provide customized onsite and remote training for customers.
    • Lead “Train-the-Trainer” sessions for customer instructors to ensure effective ongoing delivery of training programs.


    • BA/BS General Studies, Liberal Arts or Business related disciplines.
    • Primary English language required; secondary language(s) a plus.
    • Prior experience as a Training Consultant or similar role for 3-5 years.
    • Experience working with and managing enterprise-level customers.
    • Demonstrable critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
    • Ability  to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
    • Capacity to learn new analytics tools, software platforms and industries quickly.
    • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
    • Excellent attention to detail and an interest in developing analytical skills.
    • Strong interest in software technology and social media.
    • Prior teaching/instructional experience (software ideally)
    • Flexibility to travel up to 20% within the United States.
