    The regional marketing team is growing. In this new role, you will utilize our industry-leading social analytics platform to tell stories with data, producing insightful research and contribute to marketing assets that drive thought leadership, website readership, demand generation and more. Your research will answer questions like:


    This is an ideal role for someone who loves to ask, and ultimately answer, big questions by diving into the data. This person has a knack for transforming raw data into actionable insights and loves to tell a story with data by always asking “Why?


    • Analyze social media data using Crimson Hexagon’s platform (and sometimes other data sets) to produce reports and in-depth analysis pieces to be used for marketing content initiatives including trend reports, white papers, media inquiries, and blogs
    • Create compelling content and stories around social media data
    • Work closely with Marketing Insights Analyst and Content Marketing team to help develop and brainstorm creative, thought-provoking content that generates demand generation or coverage
    • Work closely with the regional marketing team to help develop regional content
    • Help the demand generation team to create compelling content for new promotion (email, landing pages, blogs)
    • Manage the regionalization of some of the great content coming from Corporate to make sure it talks to the audience across the regions (EMEA & APAC)
    • Manage any enquiry around our PR agency needing content/ article/ press release to be pushed out regionally
    • Visualize data using Excel, PowerPoint and potentially other data visualization tools like Tableau
    • Ensure consistent and relevant data analysis


    • Must be a naturally curious and inquisitive person when it comes to data, this person loves to dive into the ‘why’ behind the data instead of just reporting on the numbers
    • Content writing experience essential (blogs, press releases, papers)
    • 1-2 years of professional experience in analyzing data or consumer insights in a research company or agency, or in an analytical role or produce data driven content
    • Proven experience in gathering data, performing analysis, and developing in-depth insights/recommendations
    • Ability to think about both practical and visionary uses of available data
    • High proficiency in Excel, macros/pivot tables
    • Proficiency with business software (Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to uncover and communicate key insights to a non-technical audience
    • Ability to work independently and in a strongly collaborative team environment
    • Self-starter and quick learner
    • Highly organized, process and detailed oriented
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, economics, statistics, psychology, research methods or related subject)
    • Knowledge of Boolean language a plus
    • Experience using social listening tools a plus
    • Sense of humor combined with a bias toward action
