Reporting to the Head of Global Solutions Consulting, you will assist our Sales team in achieving quarterly revenue targets. We're focused on driving business in our largest enterprise accounts.

Strong communication and presentation skills are a “must have”.  Finally, the ability to take complex pieces of technology and explain them in a simple and easy to understand way allow you to be successful.

 

You will prepare and present innovative product demonstrations, deliver compelling proofs of concept and manage client product trials to highlight the value add to a customer’s organization.

 

Location:  Open to any geographies across U.S.

Responsibilities

You are analytical, creative and able to adapt to effectively facilitate the sales process. In this role you will be expected to: 

  • Become a master user of Crimson Hexagon’s ForSight platform.
  • Understand customer goals and challenges and map those back into Crimson’s product portfolio.
  • Perform social analyses across a variety of topics to demonstrate the capabilities and features of the platform.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings both virtually and at client sites.  Deliver demonstrations with a methodological and meticulous approach and flawless execution.
  • Create compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required objectives.
  • Assist with high-level requirements gathering and RFI/RFP process.
  • Take ownership of continuous improvement and refinement of discovery process, demo scripts, and value add use cases.
  • Collaborate across functions, including Product and Marketing teams, to ensure you have relevant resources and materials to be successful in meeting your individual and team performance objectives.
  • Design innovative solutions to address these challenges, build those solutions on our platform and present customized demonstrations back to the customers.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, ideally with a business, or marketing concentration. B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, MBA, or equivalent work experience is a plus.
  • 8-15+ years of business experience ideally in a customer-facing capacity, preferably as a Senior Solutions Consultant/Senior Sales Engineer.
  • Prior experience working with SaaS applications, data services, or analytics software.
  • Strong grasp of social media industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and other web based technologies.
  • Is able to function effectively in a fast-paced organization and successfully balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment.
  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
  • Domestic travel, up to 30%.
