Responsibilities

  • You will create a team of up and coming talent by hiring, teaching and coaching
  • Manage a team of Business Development Representatives
  • The BDR teams will focus on inbound lead qualification, brand and agency pursuit, "mining" through Salesforce, and cold outbound lead generation
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to deliver coaching and ongoing sales training initiatives
  • Bring a strong, consistent focus on coaching individual BDRs to develop talent and achieve goals
  • Drive month-over-month improvement in the output of the BDR team
  • Improve your team success by measurement and experimentation
  • You will partner closely with both marketing and sales to provide feedback that will evolve processes and meet agreed upon SLAs
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Crimson Hexagons offerings

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in managing a team (BDRs or AE's)
  • Genuine passion for development and coaching
  • Be well seasoned with Salesforce
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Be engaging, thoughtful and self-aware
  • Be excited, motivated and inspired by exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
