Responsibilities

You are responsible for the delivery of our custom integration projects leveraging the features of our API. You will have an excellent understanding of our platform and will:

 

  • Execute on both client-facing and internal technical services projects
  • Ensure technical services projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, to-specification
  • Assist in the requirements gathering and scoping of Technical Services engagements
  • Assist in producing technical specifications and developing code according to best practices
  • Testing deliverables in a controlled manner and following best practices
  • Work with best-practice deployment methodologies
  • Prepare training manuals for users
  • Maintain systems once they are up and running
  • Serve as a technical resource and point of contact for customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with and work alongside external consultants
  • Use modern front end web programming techniques, such as HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, REST, JSON, D3, HighCharts, React and Vue
  • Work with Amazon web services
  • Possess strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 + years’ developing and using web-based APIs (especially REST-based APIs) preferably in a customer-facing capacity
  • 2 + years’ professional experience building web-based products preferably in a customer-facing capacity
  • Experience with modern front end web programming techniques and frameworks, such as HTML5, LESS, node.js, REACT, etc
  • Experience with python is a plus
  • Experience with software design principles such as Object Oriented and Domain Driven Design is a plus
  • Professional-level fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Spanish, French or other language proficiency preferred
